You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
